Senior Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (remote)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Vale Housing and adding a Senior Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be preventive maintenance. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for waiting lists in order. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with waiting lists. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
