Senior Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (remote)

Bright Juniper Farms supplies farm and food customers across the Grand Rapids region, and we need a Senior Maintenance Technician to lead our preventive maintenance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for harvest schedules in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Experience with harvest schedules. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
