Senior Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (remote)

Redstone Maple Construction Group is looking for a Senior Maintenance Technician. The job centres on preventive maintenance for change orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for change orders in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Experience with change orders. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
