Senior Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (remote)

Silverline Cobalt Press produces print and digital publications in Rochester, and we need a Senior Maintenance Technician to lead our preventive maintenance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for proofing in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with proofing. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Rochester. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
