Senior Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (remote)

Ironwood Corner Property Management looks after rental homes across the Grand Rapids area. We are hiring a Senior Maintenance Technician to take on preventive maintenance. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for unit turnovers in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Experience with unit turnovers. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
