Senior Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (remote)

Nova Field Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Philadelphia, and we need a Senior Maintenance Technician to lead our preventive maintenance. You would join a small organisation of about 46 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for waiting lists in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with waiting lists. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
