Senior Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (remote)

Bright Sable Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Cleveland. We are hiring a Senior Maintenance Technician to take on preventive maintenance. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for resident services in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with resident services. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
