Senior Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (remote)

We are growing our team at Summit Corner Construction Group and adding a Senior Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be preventive maintenance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for permits in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
