Senior Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (remote)

Clearpath Summit Property Management is looking for a Senior Maintenance Technician. The job centres on preventive maintenance for resident events, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for resident events in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with resident events. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
