Senior Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (Philadelphia, PA)

We are growing our team at Redstone Lantern Housing and adding a Senior Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be preventive maintenance. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for lease compliance in order. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with lease compliance. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
