Senior Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (Orlando, FL)

Redstone Timber Property Management manages apartment communities around Orlando. We are hiring a Senior Maintenance Technician to take on preventive maintenance. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for resident events in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with resident events. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
