Senior Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (Orlando, FL)

Amberfield Willow Property Management Group looks after rental homes across the Orlando area. We are hiring a Senior Maintenance Technician to take on preventive maintenance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for maintenance requests in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with maintenance requests. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
