Senior Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (Minneapolis, MN)

Northwind Pine Housing manages affordable housing communities across Minneapolis. We are hiring a Senior Maintenance Technician to take on preventive maintenance. You would join a large organisation of about 353 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for maintenance stores in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Experience with maintenance stores. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
