Senior Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (Memphis, TN)

Stonegate Kestrel Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Memphis, and we need a Senior Maintenance Technician to lead our preventive maintenance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for resident services in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with resident services. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
