Senior Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (Kansas City, MO)

Amberfield Wilder Water Authority supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Kansas City and nearby communities, and we need a Senior Maintenance Technician to lead our preventive maintenance. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for water quality in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with water quality. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
