Senior Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (Jacksonville, FL)

Cedar Bright Housing is looking for a Senior Maintenance Technician. The job centres on preventive maintenance for repair requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for repair requests in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with repair requests. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
