Senior Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (Jacksonville, FL)

We are growing our team at Bright Forge Environmental Services and adding a Senior Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be preventive maintenance. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for landfill records in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Experience with landfill records. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
