Senior Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (Grand Rapids, MI)

Foxglove Sable Press prints books, catalogues and packaging from its Grand Rapids plant, and we need a Senior Maintenance Technician to lead our preventive maintenance. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for customer orders in order. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with customer orders. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Grand Rapids, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
