Senior Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (Grand Rapids, MI)

We are growing our team at Bright North Property Management and adding a Senior Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be preventive maintenance. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for vendor invoices in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with vendor invoices. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
