Senior Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (Fort Worth, TX)

Summit Granite Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Fort Worth. We are hiring a Senior Maintenance Technician to take on preventive maintenance. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for repair requests in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with repair requests. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
