Senior Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (Baltimore, MD)

Rivermark Meridian Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Baltimore. We are hiring a Senior Maintenance Technician to take on preventive maintenance. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for contractor visits in order. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Experience with contractor visits. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
