Senior Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (Baltimore, MD)

Amberfield Sable Water Authority operates treatment plants and pipelines around Baltimore. We are hiring a Senior Maintenance Technician to take on preventive maintenance. You would join a large organisation of about 932 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for capital projects in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with capital projects. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Baltimore, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
