Senior Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (Austin, TX)

Summit Fern Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Austin. We are hiring a Senior Maintenance Technician to take on preventive maintenance. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for fleet maintenance in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with fleet maintenance. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
