Senior Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (Anchorage, AK)

We are growing our team at Cedar Granite Housing and adding a Senior Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be preventive maintenance. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for resident services in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Experience with resident services. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
