Senior Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Tucson, AZ)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Lakeside Facilities Group and adding a Senior Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be on-call response. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for safety inspections in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with safety inspections. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
