Senior Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Tucson, AZ)

Cedar Quill Facilities looks after properties across the Tucson region, and we need a Senior Maintenance Technician to lead our on-call response. You would join a small organisation of about 67 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for work orders in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
