Senior Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Seattle, WA)

Northwind Orchard Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Seattle. We are hiring a Senior Maintenance Technician to take on on-call response. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for landfill records in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with landfill records. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Seattle, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
