Senior Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Seattle, WA)

Redstone Granite Housing Partners is looking for a Senior Maintenance Technician. The job centres on on-call response for rent assistance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for rent assistance in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with rent assistance. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
