Senior Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Seattle, WA)

Fernwood Basin Facilities is a facilities company in Seattle with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring a Senior Maintenance Technician to take on on-call response. You would join a small organisation of about 16 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for cleaning schedules in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with cleaning schedules. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Seattle, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
