Senior Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Seattle, WA)

Silverline Beacon Press prints books, catalogues and packaging from its Seattle plant, and we need a Senior Maintenance Technician to lead our on-call response. Many of us have been here for ten years or more. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for print quotes in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with print quotes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
