Senior Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Savannah, GA)

Westbrook Nest Water Authority operates treatment plants and pipelines around Savannah. We are hiring a Senior Maintenance Technician to take on on-call response. Crews and office staff work closely together. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for capital projects in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with capital projects. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Savannah, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
