Senior Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Salt Lake City, UT)

We are growing our team at Nova Corner Housing and adding a Senior Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be on-call response. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for maintenance stores in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with maintenance stores. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Salt Lake City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
