Senior Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Rochester, NY)

Amberfield Nest Press is a printer and publisher in Rochester serving local and national clients. We are hiring a Senior Maintenance Technician to take on on-call response. You would join a large organisation of about 491 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for press runs in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with press runs. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Rochester, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
