Senior Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Rochester, NY)

Cedar Orchard Energy Group delivers power and gas plans across the Rochester region. We are hiring a Senior Maintenance Technician to take on on-call response. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for outage response in order. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Experience with outage response. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Rochester. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
