Senior Maintenance Technician - on-call response (remote)

Northwind Lantern Property Management Group looks after rental homes across the Boise area, and we need a Senior Maintenance Technician to lead our on-call response. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for lease renewals in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with lease renewals. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
