Senior Maintenance Technician - on-call response (remote)

Amberfield Clear Farms grows and distributes produce from farms near Houston, and we need a Senior Maintenance Technician to lead our on-call response. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for packing house output in order. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with packing house output. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
