Senior Maintenance Technician - on-call response (remote)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Cross Energy Group and adding a Senior Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be on-call response. You would join a small organisation of about 110 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for hardship programmes in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with hardship programmes. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
