Senior Maintenance Technician - on-call response (remote)

Highbridge Cross Energy Group is an energy provider in Jackson focused on reliable service and fair billing, and we need a Senior Maintenance Technician to lead our on-call response. You would join a small organisation of about 75 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for billing disputes in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with billing disputes. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
