Senior Maintenance Technician - on-call response (remote)

Silverline Wilder Construction Group builds commercial and industrial projects around Raleigh. We are hiring a Senior Maintenance Technician to take on on-call response. You would join a small organisation of about 15 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for change orders in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with change orders. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
