Senior Maintenance Technician - on-call response (remote)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Corner Property Management Group and adding a Senior Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be on-call response. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for lease renewals in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with lease renewals. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
