Senior Maintenance Technician - on-call response (remote)

Highbridge Glen Facilities is a facilities company in Houston with crews on day and night shifts, and we need a Senior Maintenance Technician to lead our on-call response. You would join a large organisation of about 587 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for safety inspections in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with safety inspections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
