Senior Maintenance Technician - on-call response (remote)

Amberfield Ivory Facilities is looking for a Senior Maintenance Technician. The job centres on on-call response for contractor visits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for contractor visits in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with contractor visits. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
