Senior Maintenance Technician - on-call response (remote)

Westbrook Kestrel Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Tucson. We are hiring a Senior Maintenance Technician to take on on-call response. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for lease compliance in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with lease compliance. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
