Senior Maintenance Technician - on-call response (remote)

Clearpath Drift Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Des Moines. We are hiring a Senior Maintenance Technician to take on on-call response. You would join a small organisation of about 23 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for customer sites in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with customer sites. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Des Moines. • We reply to every applicant.
