Senior Maintenance Technician - on-call response (remote)

Lumen Bright Housing manages affordable housing communities across Knoxville, and we need a Senior Maintenance Technician to lead our on-call response. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for repair requests in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with repair requests. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
