Senior Maintenance Technician - on-call response (remote)

Bright Juniper Farms Group is looking for a Senior Maintenance Technician. The job centres on on-call response for harvest schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for harvest schedules in order. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Experience with harvest schedules. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
