Senior Maintenance Technician - on-call response (remote)

Amberfield Sable Housing manages affordable housing communities across Austin. We are hiring a Senior Maintenance Technician to take on on-call response. You would join a large organisation of about 819 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for resident services in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with resident services. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
