Senior Maintenance Technician - on-call response (remote)

Summit Sable Property Management is looking for a Senior Maintenance Technician. The job centres on on-call response for unit turnovers, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for unit turnovers in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with unit turnovers. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
