Senior Maintenance Technician - on-call response (remote)

We are growing our team at Cedar Hollow Environmental Services Group and adding a Senior Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be on-call response. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for collection routes in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with collection routes. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Rochester. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
