Senior Maintenance Technician - on-call response (remote)

Amberfield Corner Property Management looks after rental homes across the Philadelphia area. We are hiring a Senior Maintenance Technician to take on on-call response. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for unit turnovers in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Experience with unit turnovers. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
